Recently while visiting London a few of my family members asked me to find them a good computer they could buy. They had no clue where to start, what was the best price, and what in the computer they really needed for what they wanted to do.

With technology changing so fast, it is very hard for someone that is not computer literate to just go and pick out the best computer. According to Moore’s law, the technology of a computer doubles every two years, and this has pretty much been true for a long time. I’ve even seen a faster change in some products. This means you need to be up-to-date with the newest computer products before spending your money on an expensive piece of equipment.

After I got asked to do this task, I figured I might as well write an article and save a lot of other peoples' time and money. In this article, we’ll cover everything from how much money you need to spend, what you need in the computer, what companies to go with, and we’ll delve into the Free PC deals that we've been hearing about.
