SL: Tell us a little bit about yourself (Age, Location, etc.)

SE: I was born in London in 1974 and lived, studied and went to University there. I've been living in the US, LA to be exact for over a year now.

SL: What exactly got you started working on Sharky Extreme?

SE: Sheer boredom with life in the City and sheer passion for all things related to hardware.

SL: How long do you spend working on Sharky Extreme a week?

SE: Too long! There's a whole team of people here that work long hours and we don't really 'clock in' or 'out'. Whatever it takes...

SL: How many people do you have working for Sharky Extreme?

SE: Four full-time editors and 4-5 free lance as well as a dedicated sales and marketing team.

SL: Who designed Sharky Extreme, and what sort of technologies did they/you use?

SE: The concept was itself was a joint idea between myself and Larry Barber. I can't remember who came up with the name. Joan maybe... Anders Hammervald, designed the site and did all the HTML and graphics. He's pretty well known for doing a great job and with SE he's done us proud

SL: Who are your influences in life and why?

SE: I could name a few but they probably wouldn't mean too much to most of you since they're mostly Brits and/or football players there.

SL: When did you realize Sharky Extreme was a winner?

SE: The minute we started and we're having fun doing something different.

SL: What are some of your future plans for Sharky Extreme, new features, etc?

SE: I could tell ya' but that would probably not help our cause too much. Unfortunately things regarding to the web site and future plans etc.. have got to be kept under wraps.

SL: Other than computers, what do you like to do in your spare time?

SE: Well before working full-time in this industry, I used to have a life. That's changed somewhat. I used to like Rave's, Clubs, playing football, films etc... and especially traveling. I still travel a lot but it's not the same thing anymore.

SL: Do you get a lot more of fan mail, or flame mail?

SE: No death threats yet. But I've gotten a heck of a lot of support and good wishes ever since starting up the site over a year ago.
