I think he's right. I know Solaris will run like a dead dog on your machine if you don't have a Sparc processor. I think the proper installation sequence is Win2k, WinME, then Linux. The reason is because Win2k has its own boot loader and I guess if it is overwritten you can't even boot Win2k.
But, be sure to check elsewhere, I've never done a dual or triple boot. I just load one OS on one machine.
