Why do you need both Unix and Linux ?
As for the installing sequence, it depends if you prefer LILO or another bootloader.
I've done dual boot twice so far with this comp.
First one was Win98SE followed by Linux, to use LILO as a bootloader.
Second one was Win98SE followed by Win2kpro, cause the boot management is far better. Actually, don't even know if 98SE could do it ...
Do the heavy duty stuff last, to have a boot manager, and you should be ok.
As far as the size/cylinders, I really don't remember. I think Linux was picky about that one for me.
