Well, My suggestion is that you revert back to your previous version of Windows, or if you're installing WinXP on a new system, I suggest you dual-boot the system. One partition would be WinXP, and another Win9x/ME/2k (Win2k supports Norton SystemWorks 2001). That way you wouldn't put ur new software purchases to waste.

But, if you're looking for the kind of solution that would get u a refund or exchange, that's up to Symantec.
