After pulling out of the graphics market a few years back, Creative makes plans to take over 3DLabs for $103.7 million.

Creative already owns 28 percent of 3DLabs, but has announced plans to purchase the remaining 72 percent.

About 2 years ago Creative pulled out of the graphic industry in order to concentrate on their audio business, so some analysts are concerned if that was even the right move in the first place.
