Probably none...
By all accounts...RAM sinks don't actually help on mainboard RAM. They *may* help on video cards and other systems where the RAM is run at extremely high frequencies and the timing is a critical dependency, but in most cases, no...they don't help. In fact, the loss of your extra DIMM slots (Translated : Less RAM capability) is probably a greater speed loss than having a chance at a few more MHz.
