Jazz Drives were great. I had a friend who owned one. They were quick (atleast the SCSI ones were), and yes they were 2GB. However the disks were extremely expensive--and so was the unit itself. CD-Rs came out and were just so much cheaper to impliment and kept getting faster. IOMEGA has had their own CD burner (and media) line for several years now. They have made mostly external and mobile solutions (as far as my memory serves me).
As for now--I have no idea how the company is standing. It must be all the Macs that have ZIP100 or ZIP250 drives in them--yea, that must be it.
