I would have to say if you were building a power system using the latest parts (such as a XP 2400 or 2600, a GF4 Ti, Radeon 9700, or a P4 over 2.26), you should get at least a 400W. I know my computer has a 340W with a XP 2200+ and a GF4 Ti 4600, but you never know, espessilly if you plan on overclocking.
