Ok on pcpowerandcooling, if that is where you prefer to buy the power supply from, I followed the link you posted and here is what I choose for YOUR system.
1. Single CPU motherboard
2. Home
3. ATX
4. Quiet Environment
5. Mid Tower Case
6. 256MB or more ram
7. 2-3 Hard drives (cd-roms count with this)
For those answers they recommended a 275watt Silencer Power supply for 63.75. This seems a little small for newer systems. I can hardly remember the last person I met within the last year and a half that had less than 300watts. Also 275watts for $63.75? Seems a little steep.
With prices the way they are and compents requiring the power they do (with people running multiple cd-rom's, hard drives etc..) I would at least do 350watts, But really 400watts would be the most bang for you buck!! And if you can stay away from pcpowerandcooling. Try www.pricewatch.com first or even www.tcwo.com
