Can a person use a cell phone for dial-up? Considering that some service provider are offering an excessive amount of minutes, it would be interesting. I thinking of something like they used in Wargames or maybe an adapter to plug into the modem.

I am not talking like using the wireless internet provided by the cell phone service provider, but wireing the wireless.
