Here is a link to a site that has the stuff you need to flash your bios. You will need to download NVFLASH, DOS4GW, and the bios that you want to flash to. Just make a folder in the c drive and name it bios. Extract the files you downloaded to this folder. Reboot your pc and hit F8 to get into safe mode and choose comand prompt only. Now type cd c:\bios and hit enter. You should now be in the folder that you created (bios). Type NVFlash -r and hit enter. Now type nvflash -fxxx.rom and hit enter. Put the name of the bios you want to flash to in where the x is. When its finished just restart the computer. I have done this a couple of times myself and its not that hard, but if you mess up then you may be fu@*%!.
