I'm not saying the 4.28 is bad. I'm using it in ME and have no problems.

I've just seen Win2K problems, and speaking of ViaHardware.com, you should note that they say that if you use Win2K, you'd be better off with an older 4 in 1 and the MS ATA100 patch.
