USB mouse & USB keyboard
Problem: Locks up when using the modem or USB scanner. Runs fine all day using just the mouse and keyboard. Sometimes it will go longer before locking up if I unplug my scanner, but it will eventually lock up.

What I have tried:
Reinstalled Windows ME, installed ONLY the modem. Still locked up. Installed VIA 4.25, still locked up. Installed the VIA USB thingy even though I don't think it is needed in ME, still locked up. Played in the bios, still locked up. Put on loin cloth and chanted Zulu tribe songs around it while threatening it with a blow-dart gun. It still locked up.

I say the USB controller on the Mobo is bad, just want a couple more opinions before I RMA...
