Question Gas prices in your area

I'm just curious. What are the gas prices like where you live? I just filled up my car this morning here in Northern New Jersey and the price per gallon was $1.63 but have seen it as high as $1.90

$1.59 right now. When I was in the Chicago suburbs a couple of weeks back it was $1.95 there.

I've found the cheapest gas in my area to be $1.75. The highest is around $2.10.

I miss the days of $.99/galon.

man I remember my dad always telling me stories of when gas was 15cents a gallon.....

now the stories I'll be telling my kids is I remember when gas was 60cents a gallon... and they will complain that two bucks is to much ......

but when you come to think about it gas is still cheaper than a gallon of milk, and at one time it was cheaper than gas, so over the last 40years or so gas really has not gone up that much, even if you apply annual inflation rate to it for the last sever years, every thing else has gone up but gas has staid about the same(on avarage that is)
