What do you all do for a living?
Well, I run this website of course. I also run BattleBoards.com, and am looking to get a part time job at Radio Shack.
I am also a student at the University Of Maryland Baltimore County. My major isIMDA (Imaging And Digital Arts) with an emphasis in computer animation.
Tell us a little bit about yourself.

Hmmm, where to start. I am a computer consultant for various companies over the past 3 years. Right now I am doing desktop support at a major pharmacutical company in northern NJ. Serious labratory stuff going on there especially animal testing but luckily I have been out of *those* rooms

I'm a U.S. soldier stationed in Seoul, South Korea.
I am the Senior Operations Sergeant for 8th ARMY.
That's the major command over here.
I work on computers part time at night. Love to
build them. Repairs can be a pain.

Not much, besides the odd fooling around
Well, for a living, I could have been a systems analyst, but since I got bored at how easy it was, I left the course midway and concentrated on multimedia (not really). Being in India, I had to learn everything myself, so I guess having that old Zx81 as a present in 1982 was a good inspiration down the computing lane.....
Seriously though, I am into 3D graphics and design, as well as consulting (if I do get someone silly enough to ask me). I also like a bit of photography now and then, and of course, tinker around with 3D programs the whole day! (again, not a lot of work in India any takers for 3D people out there? :P ) heh heh heh. Howdy Rob!
(BTW, Rob, you should use yahoo messenger, its better and more functional)

Yahoo messenger is about the only thing that gets through our firewall at work. The only reason why I never used it is because I already have ICQ and AIM. I will set it up tomorrow and we'll chat! Then we could share ideas...
Nice artwork on your homepage!! Did you do that all yourself?

well I'm currently a senior at Polytechnic University in New York. I'm majoring in Computer Science. Right now I'm working in Memphis, Tennessee for FedEx as an intern. I work in the FedEx.com Online Services department. My group is basically in charge of the backend services that various other groups in FedEx use, such as the validate postal service which validates a zip code or city/state combo. The stuff we do is basically all in Java and Corba services. As an intern I'm not really working on anything that's going to production but I am working on the group website. It's not as easy as it sounds because I'm using PHP to make everything dynamic and plus they want a few other functionality things built in. Anyway, that's about it for me. I hope to be somewhere in the software development field when I graduate.
