I'm not really a race fan, but since Dale Earnhardt was a racing legend and one of the biggest sports icons in the US I thought I would send out a note to alert you all of this tragic event. Not most of computer geeks are wrench heads, but this came as a huge shock to me. Believe it or not, but Nascar is the biggest sport in the US. Definitely a very sad tragedy RIP Dale Earnhardt

For non-racing people, Dale Earnhardt dying on the last lap of Daytona 500, is like Michael Jordan dying in the NBA Final on game 7 in front of everybody in the court.
