Get real. Use FreeBSD.
www.freeBSD.org.
99.9% of linux binaries also run under freeBSD.
99.9% of linux source can be compiled under freeBSD. FreeBSD is completely free as are all apps etc for it. FreeBSD doesn't have linux's security holes.
Etc Etc.
Microsoft: Where do you want to go today?
Linux: Where do you want to go tomorrow?
FreeBSD: What's holding you guys up?

BSD is nice... Especially FREE BSD (everyone likes FREE). But I thought I'd pop in and tell you how childish the "get real" attitude is. Are we twelve?
I use Mandrake. I like Mandrake. I've used BSD. We even have a BSD server at work. But, I PREFER Mandrake. It's that simple.
