    Question Black & White installation?

I have been trying to install black and white without success in win98 and winME. It's really weird. It will go through the installation nicelly till it gets to 29% and a file challenge_l3d.zzz. Then it stalls and asks for data3.cab. There is no data3.cab and the option is only to cancel installation. Just to see what happens. I made files in notepad upto data20.cab and it would find them and then ask for the next one such as data21.cab. A few months ago this disk worked flawlessly. I haven't changed my hardware, but I have reformated a few times. I even clocked everything back to normal. Any help will be appreaciated.

on my disk theres two cab files... and a bunch of directx cabs. thats about it....

Id contact the company that put out the game and see if you can get a new disk. Most companies have a good replacement policy.
Unless of course this isnt a legit. copy of the game then youre buggered.

There should be no problems if you are using 98 but it could be that the file is corrupt?
