Ok, fess up. Who went out and bought one? I for one did and I'm pretty happy with it so far although there should be more games available but this is always the problem with a new console.

My question is, what is your favorite XBox game (please hold off on saying Halo - that's a given)? Mine would be SSX Tricky.

I'm just wondering which game should be my next purchase!

I did, but I ended up returning it because I needed the money. I did like it better then the other consoles though. I don't think I played enough to have a favorite game though. I liked wreckless.

I tried the demo to wreckless but couldnt get into it. It was cool to smash into things but for some reason this lost it's appeal very fast.

I think it was more of doing the missions in the real game that was more fun. Trust me, I played the demo first in the store and it didn't seem that great. Game is MUCH better. I'd give it a rent. I wouldn't buy it though...too short.

I'll give it a try. I was really looking forward to buying Dead or Alive 2 but I heard that you can beat it in one night also. Man, I hate shelling out $50 for a game and it's too short.

I just borrowed SSX tricky which is my all time favorite game. halo is fun only online, project gotham gets old. spiderman is also a favorite but you can beat in a day. max payne is very good but also an easy beat. in wreckless i only made it half way to end and got bored. crazy taxi 3 is fun because it has mini games also.

Just as a sidenote, Halo will be coming out for the PC soon enough, so the XBox sales will most likely go down, since most people already have a PC and Halo is currently the main reason to own an XBox.
