I had some probs with my ECS board and ended up sending it back. I'm going to get an MSI K7T Turbo2 as soon as they get in stock at Newegg. Everything else of my specs will be the same though.

All I have done is tweaked my system a bit. Went from 1000 MHz to 1164 MHz, wouldnt boot at 1200 MHz.

Those damn Atlon MP Dualies make me jealous. I will have one before long though, Just waitin to scrape together the cash.

It's fine, no serious issues with it (as a matter of fact, no issues at all)...so I can't find anything wrong with it :-D.

    Red Face

Updated to reflect my change to an Athlon 900, generously donated to me by my brother. All I had to do was update his motherboard's bios and install a new chip. See, there are benifits to helping family.

    I went from a Duron 650.

Major changes here, got a new computer .

Its an Alienware Aurora DDR computer. It just arrived today, and I am right now in London, so I cant open it yet . Heres the full specs:

    Athlon XP 2200+
MSI K7N Pro (I dont know the exact model and Alienware just got a new one so mine is no longer on the site)
    256MB DDR 2100 RAM
    40GB 7200 Seagate Barracuda HDD
    16x DVD-ROM
    GeForce 4 Ti 4600
Sound Blaster Live 5.1 (Its just fine, dont need to pay $40 more for the Audigy, when I cant tell the difference between the two cards sound quality)
    Conspiracy Blue Full Tower Case
    KoolMax Video Cooling System (Chrome)
    Intel PRO/100 S Ethernet Card
    Windows XP Home

I passed on a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers. They wanted a crazy $110 for a matching color (blue) keyboard and mouse, $100 for Creative Labs 5.1 Inspire 5300 (I guess thats reasonable, but I have speakers), and their cheapest monitor was a NEC 17" White monitor. Im happy with my NEC 15" LCD.

My total cost was $1608 with shipping, so its very reasonable for an Alienware.

I cant wait to try it out!!!!
