Now that's a battle of the sound cards! I have each running on two computers here. In my opinion, the Platinum has better software, and to some of you, it may be better that the Live! Drive is in the front of the case, but on the other hand, the XP has their Live! Drive type unit (with more features, including USB hubs) on a seperate piece. I like this better by far.
What do you guys think?

I love my live drive.
That thing is incredibly useful. Dunno bout the other, never even saw it, I'm happy with what I have right now

Bah...
Right now I'm stickin' with a Diamond MonsterSound MX300, since it's the only decent SMP-friendly sound card that was out when I bought it. The driver support is good right now - WinME and 2K work just fine with it, including A3D support. I know the Live! is a better card, but Creative is NOT the better company... :-(

Bow before my sound blaster live! mp3+ dobly 5.1 =) I love having an mp3 player that hooks to computer easily. My next venture will be to put a computer in my car that plays mp3s =))) Now if I could just find a way to hook my ps2 up to my computer I would be in business.
