    Question Ink refill kits

For printers. I do not want to pay $40+tax for a cartridge. That's almost a third of what my printer cost. So I was wondering if anyone has used any of the ink refill kits? Are they any good? Where is a respectable buyer? Any info would be great. Also if anyone knows of a wholeseller or something where we can get cartridges cheep, that would be good.

I should add that I have an HP 842C printer. It uses the c6615 cartridges.

During my travels recently, I did spot a review of exactly this but now I can't find what I did with it. I will continue to look for it but in the meantime, I think I remember that they thought it was a better solution than constantly buying new cartridges.

Let me get back to you if I can find it.

Ok ...i sold these cartridge a few time . Its sure it cost less but the ink quality is reaaly not the same thing . If you do some photo printing you dont want to buy these cartridge . But if you just want to print some document go for it .

Another thing , It really a pain inthe ass to drill a hole in a cartridge to refill it because of the mess you can make .

Im not saying it a bad thing but i not recommend it to my customer .

Confused how to save on ink?

I don't know why some consumers association doesn't come up with a standard ink replacement? since this is definitely one of the trick to extract money from consumers.
