The GeForce. Hands down.
All of those 3DLabs cards are designed for professional-level rendering work, and they're not designed around Direct3D acceleration. Since most professional level 3D software is designed around HEIDI, Nurbs, and OpenGL, 3DLabs makes their processors oriented around those protocols specifically.
Now, I know you're saying "But I can run my games in OpenGL!" but these cards really aren't designed to be bandwidth powerhouses. They're designed to have fast chips that can crunch the data and then potentially send it back to the CPU for more processing (Like a render-store). Because of this, they don't really need fast RAM...typically they just need a lot of it. They do a lot of swapping back and forth to the CPU. Realistically speaking, these cards benefit more from AGP than your GeForce would.
If you want to see a review of any of these 3DLabs cards, dig up on the net for anything from Diamond with "FireGL" in the title.

Cutriss has that correct. Permedia's cards are targetted for professional graphic applications, mainly towards 3D stuff like 3D Studio Max, Lightwave, etc.
They aren't made to run games, although they did come out with the closest so far to a consumer card, which was the Permedia 3D Create!. SystemLogic.net actually did a review of both the Permedia and the oxygen cards back when they came out.
This weekend I'll try and get them converted and I'll setup the link.

Well...That's not entirely true.
They DO support Direct3D...but they weren't really designed with it in mind. In other words, don't count on getting good Direct3D performance. The card was built around OpenGL.
