I have ran into some problems trying to reach this goal.

    Problem #1
My first problem was with my OCZ PC150 ram. It runs fine at 152mhz cas2 when the buss is set at 114 HostCLK+PCICLK, but will not post when the buss is set above 133mhz HostCLK. I bought some KingMax Tiny BGA PC150 ram and that solved the problem. The KingMax will run at 9.5x150 HostCLK. I can now set my buss to any setting in the bios and make it to windows with the ram at cas2.

    Problem #2
My Microsoft optical mouse will not work when the buss is set to 140-155. It has some problems with the USB port at high buss speeds. I am going to try an adapter to convert the USB mouse to a ps2 port and see what happens from there.

With the KT7A-Raid I was able to get my T-Bird 1200 to 1450 (12.5x116) with my ram at cas2 with out doing the voltage mod. My old KT7-Raid mobo would not even reach 1400 with out the voltage mod. The lower voltage has helped my temp some.

Yeah...I'd switch to PS/2 anyway. The USB port may have a higher sampling rate by default, but you can crank the PS/2 port higher, up to 200, better than the USB port's 125...All you have to do is adjust the mouse refresh rate setting in Windows 2000, or if you don't have Windows 2000, download PS2Rate.
USB's functionality is PCI dependent since USB uses the PCI bus, whereas PS/2 does not, and operates independently. That's another reason to use PS/2. It may require an extra IRQ, but you'll be sqeezing every last possible amount of device bandwidth out of your PCI bus.

The PS/2 adapter worked. Now my mouse is happy with the high fsb.
