ATI-TV tuner ISA version (3d expression tv2pc addon)

I was wondering if it is at all posible to get this ATI tv tuer (ISA version) runing without the 3d expression+ card that it originaly came with ? I had this card for 6 years now. Originaly I had the vidio card to go with it but now I dont have it so I have to figure out if I can still use the tv tuner as a stand alone.

I'm runing XP?

Help any one ?
