I've never heard of a Flash option for video cards.....Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
The best thing you can do (in most cases) is make sure you have the most up-to-date drivers. In that case, the Detonator 3's, located at http://www.nvidia.com

You can flash it, but it won't help.

Are you trying to do something like a GeForce to Quadro hack on this thing? If so, be advised - These cards are architecturally different from the GeForce/Quadro series, so that won't help you.
As a matter of fact, not to be mean, but with a TNT2 M64, you're not gonna really do much by trying to tweak that. Those TNT2M64s (AKA Vanta) are basically just 2D NVIDIA cards that happen to also do 3D. They are not by any stretch of the imagination to be confused with a GeForce or anything that strong. In fact, the M64 is only called such because it's a Riva TNT2 with a 64Mb memory pathway, similarly to the GeForce2MX. The controlling chipset isn't that powerful, though, and the odds are pretty good that your card either has 8 MB or 16 MB of RAM...They did also make an M64 with 32, but I doubt any big-name OEMs used it...I'm saying all this under the presumption that you have a name-brand computer...because otherwise I don't see why you'd have an M64.

Here is a link to a site that has the stuff you need to flash your bios. You will need to download NVFLASH, DOS4GW, and the bios that you want to flash to. Just make a folder in the c drive and name it bios. Extract the files you downloaded to this folder. Reboot your pc and hit F8 to get into safe mode and choose comand prompt only. Now type cd c:\bios and hit enter. You should now be in the folder that you created (bios). Type NVFlash -r and hit enter. Now type nvflash -fxxx.rom and hit enter. Put the name of the bios you want to flash to in where the x is. When its finished just restart the computer. I have done this a couple of times myself and its not that hard, but if you mess up then you may be fu@*%!.
