New parts have arrived!
Woohoo!!! My new parts have arrived, and I'm now posting from my new and improved system.
Im downloading 3DMark03 as I type, and I'll post my benchmark as soon as I can get it installed.
Here is what I'm now running:
MSI 875P NEO-LSR Mainboard - All I can say is WOW. This is one snazzy motherboard. I could post all of the specks (which are AWESOME), but I will leave it to you to check them out on your own.
Intel P4C 3.0Ghz (800Mhz FSB) - Do I really have to say anything about this?
OCZ PC4000 512MB RAM (1GB total) - I won't kick a dead horse on this one either, but I am totally impressed with this memory.
All I can say is wow. This system is blazing.
Oh yeah, I remembered to update my sig too...

I got 5683 points with everything configured as default. Tomorrow I will turn Performance mode on in my BIOS, overclock my CPU & video card, and tweak my Windows configuration a bit.
We can see what she will do after that.
Check here to compare it to a system matching my old dual Athlon config. (I never benchmarked my old system using '03, so I found this one as a substitute).

Hey Dan, if that's YAS (Yet Another System), I wouldn't mind a hand-me-down ;-)
