well, just to make you all feel better about your systems right now... here's mine (thank god I'll be upgrading by the end of the month to a T-Bird)...
Pentium (w/ MMX) 200 @ 200 (its all I can do with my POS mobo... *sob*)
32 Megs Micron PC66
64 Megs Crucial PC133 @ 66MHz
4 Gig 5,200 RPM generic hard drive
integrated sound and video
cheap speakers
really cheap desktop case (f&*#ing Gay-tway... I mean, Gateway)
no-name NIC (ISA)
Lexmark Z52
btw, if any of you want to send me your personal suggestions for my new rig, my email is tim__hayes@hotmail.com (I've only got $1,100, but I already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers)
I stand corrected, with a new HSF and some artic silver II, I've got it up to a whopping 233.

Response
Chris B, you know where your bottleneck on that system is don't you? Not that it's really much of a bottleneck, but that Maxtor hdd. You already have a 40 gig that flys, why put in an additional 20 gig that's ATA/66?
Other than that (and that's minor), it's a pretty darn good system!!
