Overclocking FX5900

Would overclocking a video card void it's warranty? I have a XFX GeForce FX 5900 Non Ultra. Would the company be able to tell if you overclocked it?

overclock away just keep an eye on the temps there is a bios flash that will turn it into a 5950 just follow this link worked for me

My 2 posts earlier are quite old. Yea, I recently got it flashed to a 5950 Ultra and overclocked it to a AMD3200 @2.2GHz. Not bad for me, but thnx for your help anyways.
