I was reading an old article at overclockers.com about a guy who overclocked his celeron 2.0 ghz all the way up to 3.3ghz, while on a very small budget. With more money, he claims much higher speeds are accomplishable. Check it out at: http://www.overclockers.com/articles648/index03.asp
