What do you guys think so far?
I've been modifying the front page to the forums...Most of the change has been on the box with SLBoards Stats, Personal features, etc. There have been a couple other minor changes, but all in stuff like color fixes and what not. Over the next weeks I will be making more and more changes to hopefully attract new people here. Here's some of the things I have in mind right now: - I've already merged some of the forums, that was the first thing
- Redesigning the top box with personal features, etc. This is already done, but I may be doing some other small modifications to it
- Redesigning the same box, but for a user that is either unregistered or not logged in
- POSSIBLY redesigning the new post no new post button that is on the side of all the forums on the forum home. I'm thinking something small to conserve space...but we'll see
- A complete redesign of how a thread looks. More to come
 - A possible complete redesign on how forums are displayed. More to come
 - A complete redesign of the menu navigation system on the top (forum home / My SLBoards / Calendar, etc)
- A complete redesign of the smilies
- A few modifications and additions to the recently added quick reply box
If you have more ideas please let me know.

Sounds good Dave. I like the modifications so far, and I'm really looking forward to the changes in the future. Keep up the good work.

It looks really good right now...but if you wanna keep on changing, go ahead! I love seeing different designs ...but right now it looks much better then before. The one thing I would change related to the forums is somewhere on the main page add the "New Posts" like what you had a few months back on the old design. That was so incredibly convienent, and I think I posted more messages because of it...I hate having to dig around in forums to look for messages.

Look right under the new tabs menu on the front forum page. You will see a link that says "View New Posts"
