Windows 64 Bit pre-release download
Opteron and Athlon 64 users not fortunate enough to be in on the Beta can now get a peek at Windows XP 64 bit without have to spend hours on IRC. Microsoft is offering a free pre-release download (or CD, free + shipping) for all Opteron/Athlon 64 users. This is a time limited release, so you only have 360 days before it expires.
"Important: Windows XP 64-Bit Edition for 64-Bit Extended Systems is only compatible with 64-bit AMD Opteron– or Athlon 64-based computers. It cannot be successfully installed on 64-bit Intel Itanium–based systems."
