We are seeking motivated individuals, well versed in the world of computers to write about and edit works on technology new and old; you may also be called upon to interview individuals from around the computer world.

Primary duties include but are not limited to writing and editing reviews on anything related to the world of computers, and assisting our viewers/forum members with problems.

Please note this job is a labor of love, and thus there is no monetary compensation for your time and effort; however, your work will not go un-noticed by the thousands of SL Central viewers.

Requirements

Very knowledgeable in the world of computers.
Note: we don’t require you to be able to build a computer in your sleep in less than 20 minutes; however, you must have considerable knowledge of what goes into making a computer work and then making it faster.

Must be consistent in producing high quality work without supervision.

Must possess the ability to adhere to self set deadlines.

Must own a computer and necessary software required for the position e.g. text editor (preferably one with a spell checker), image editor etc.

Must own a digital camera or possess some means of getting decent quality (at least 640x480) images into your review.

Have good people and communication skills.
