More than 200,000 readers of various computer and video games magazines voted for their favorite games at this year's Golden Joystick Awards. Doom 3 came away with the Ultimate Game and Best PC Game prizes, while GTA: SA was voted Most Wanted for Christmas.

"It was the only title to win twice, winning Ultimate Game of the year and best PC game at the awards, presented by Little Britain star Matt Lucas."

I played the demo, with a crappy old vid card (geforce 4mx 440) -- and it STILL looked awsome and scared the crap out of me. I'm not going to buy the game -- I have a weak heart :-P
