Nice review.
Was wondering about the front fan air intake. Does air get in ok? How is the airflow in general?

Air gets in good on mine, but that's because I have my HDD mounted in a Zalman HDD cooler up in a 5.25 bay. Otherwise, the more hard drives you have, the more air obstruction.

Nice review. I've been eyeing the aluminus for a while now and just got one a week ago.
I was surprised that the whole case was so light, even when it was still in the box.
For me, a case's heft spells quality and durability. The aluminus was so light I kind of questioned how long it was going to last.
Is this the benefit of aluminum, light, and prone to dings and bends?
It's a unique case but it was kind of flimsy compared to the others.

I don't think mine is "prone to dings and bends." It's aluminum. It's lightweight. I also have a Lian-Li. It too is aluminum and it too is light, but it's not more prone to dings and bends either.
Why? Is yours dinged and bent or are you assuming that it's prone to that simply because it's light weight?

One major flaw with this case is that the bay door won't close if you install a fan controller
I modified the Ultra Aluminus bezel. My Worklog

Cool. Great point.
I used the Fan Controller from Ultra, which has flush buttons so I didn't notice.
Personally, and I think I stated this in my review, I don't like doors in general.
EDIT: DUDE!! You HAVE TO submit your mod to the Ultra Mod Contest!! They're giving away a $500 shopping spree and you definitely stand a chance!!!!
