How do I get that password box when you startup windows in WinME to not show up?? When I installed the OS I set it to blank, yet it still shows! Any ideas?

    Wink

Change your primary logon under your "Network Properties" from "Windows Login" to "Client for Microsoft" Networks then restart.

Whoa....I wish I had known that one. I can't tell you how many times I've had issues with that and only got it fixed by what I thought was something "random" that I had done....

    Great tip!

Thanks for the tip, it worked! Although just a note, it's the other way around, change to Windows Login from Client For Microsoft

Yeah, I was wondering a little bit about that when I first read the note...I could've sworn it was Windows Logon that was the "less secure" one...Not that Client for Microsoft Networks is "secure"...
