No password in WinME???
How do I get that password box when you startup windows in WinME to not show up?? When I installed the OS I set it to blank, yet it still shows! Any ideas?

Change your primary logon under your "Network Properties" from "Windows Login" to "Client for Microsoft" Networks then restart.

Or d/l TweakUI and configure your network password to automatically be entered.

Whoa....I wish I had known that one. I can't tell you how many times I've had issues with that and only got it fixed by what I thought was something "random" that I had done....

Thanks for the tip, it worked! Although just a note, it's the other way around, change to Windows Login from Client For Microsoft

Yeah, I was wondering a little bit about that when I first read the note...I could've sworn it was Windows Logon that was the "less secure" one...Not that Client for Microsoft Networks is "secure"...
