I posted this on another computing board and got no answers yet. In WinNT there's a nifty little program called musrmgr.exe that allows for creating/deleting/editing profiles. Does Win2000 have a utility similar to that (it has too I think since it's design for networking)?

Yes it is called lusrmgr.msc, located in \winnt\system32

Or you can get to the same thing by clicking on Users and passwords in the control panel, then clicking the advanced tab and clicking the advanced button.
