| Bottom Line: Double Helix is a solid title from start to finish. A solid single-player experience, robust multiplayer, and stunning visuals and audio make this the most solid all-around title since Half-Life. |

Rating Breakdown
Story: 9.0
Playing on the fears of the post-911 world, Double Helix has an involving story that will keep you glued to your monitor and on the edge of your seat from beginning to end.
Graphics/Sound: 9.5
Gorgeous. Fantastic. Amazing. If still pictures are worth 1,000 words, moving pictures this pretty must be worth even more.
Gameplay: 8.0
The controls are really easy to pickup and get used to, but there isn't really any new gameplay mechanisms here. Nothing that makes it different.
Fun Factor: 9.0
If you can't find something fun to do in this game, then you are simply incapable of being entertained. Period.
Multiplayer: 9.0
Some of the very best multiplayer I have seen in a very long time. Kudos to Raven for not neglecting this portion of the game.
Lasting Appeal: 9.0
Like its predecessor, this game is going to around for a long, long time to come. Let the modding commence.
Overall Score: 9.0
How many times do I have to say it. This game is worth your cash. End of story.
