    Tribes 2

    Introduction

Remember when you had a career, friends, a life? Yeah… those were good days. After waiting for the last year for Tribes 2, I seriously think it's about time to simply drop all of my material possessions to play this game. With the minor exception of a computer and broadband internet… Tribes 2 is the sequel to one of the best and most played multiplayer games of all time. Seamlessly blending action with immense teamplay, Tribes quickly rose to popularity. With the slew of mods and brilliant ideas rolling in, Dynamix had a dream and they capitalized on it. After a brand new 3d engine, numerous riots incited by delays and a few years of hard work, Tribes 2 is finally here folks. It's time for me to tell you about it and for you to go buy it.

    Setup

Tribes 2 comes conveniently on one CD with a CD-key on its case. You pop it in and run the autorun installer. The game only takes up approximately 500mb of space, which is quite good compared to most games these days. Once installed, you have two options: Solo/LAN play or Online play. To update the game to the latest builds, just create an account with your CD-key and kill your friends and login by clicking the Online option. Now setup and configure the game to your liking and you're all set. The way the account system works in the game is you create one account with the CD-key provided and fill out the information. It's all quite simple and takes about a minute to do. Though you're forced to login every time you start up the Online portion of the game, it's nothing major and you can jump into gameplay immediately.

    Setup: 9/10
