    TechXNY 2004 PCExpo

Bottom Line: The last time I visited TechXNY, PCExpo then, the show almost filled the entire floor space in the Javits Center. Three years later, and with several conferences pulling the plug, I was surprised to see the show shrink to almost half the size I remembered. With two major conferences pulling out I was hoping for a stronger showing here even if DititalLife was just around the corner.

    Animation Master and Others

    Animation Master

Towards the end of the show I stopped by the Animation Master booth and was enthralled by the presentation that was in progress. The presenter takes a 3D Homer, adds some bones, turns him, adds some more bones, copies the animation, and sets the path and viola, Homer strutting down the street. Granted he knew what he was doing but if this package is half as simple as it looked it would be worth every penny of the $300 price.
